For me, grooming is equal parts artistry, precision, and compassion. Every groom is an opportunity to enhance a dog’s natural beauty while creating a style that reflects their personality, lifestyle, and breed characteristics.

I built my career in Canada’s pet grooming industry through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, I’m proud to be both a salon owner and educator, mentoring the next generation of groomers while continuing to refine my own skills through advanced education.

I’ve had the privilege of studying under internationally respected master groomers Lesley Weeks and Allison Alexander, whose mentorship helped shape my passion for technical excellence and creative styling. My specialties include Asian Fusion grooming, creative grooming—including colour application and coat carving—and beautifully polished breed trims for Poodles, Bichons, Pomeranians, and many other breeds. I especially enjoy creating soft, expressive faces, balanced silhouettes, and impeccably finished hand-scissored styles that showcase each dog’s unique beauty.

I believe that exceptional grooming is about far more than appearance. Every pet deserves patience, gentle handling, and an experience built on trust. My goal is for each dog or cat to leave not only looking beautiful but feeling relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

I’ve dedicated my career to providing exceptional grooming for dogs of every age, breed, and temperament. While I love creating beautiful, stylish grooms, I believe the true measure of a groomer is how they care for the dogs who need us the most.

My passion lies in helping pets that other salons may find too challenging—senior dogs, medically fragile pets, nervous rescues, giant breeds, and dogs with complex coat care needs. Every dog is treated as an individual, with a grooming plan tailored to their health, comfort, personality, and emotional well-being. I believe every pet deserves patience, dignity, and kindness throughout every stage of life.

Many of my clients come to me after being turned away elsewhere. It is a privilege to earn the trust of these families and provide a safe, compassionate grooming experience where their beloved companions can continue to receive the care they deserve.

Sydney Bryant - Pet Stylist (CURRENTLY ON MEDICAL LEAVE)

Syd is an experienced groomer with a compassionate and patient approach, specializing in caring for anxious, fearful, and challenging dogs. She understands that every pet has unique needs, and takes the time to evaluate each dog's behaviour, collaborating closely with owners to provide tailored advice on routines and training. Her goal is to make every grooming session safer, more enjoyable, and to build a trusting bond - one gentle step at a time.

Syd has a particular passion for working with poodle mixes and pets with matted or neglected coats, carefully restoring their condition without adding unnecessary stress. She also enjoys introducing puppies to grooming, offering gentle first-time experiences that foster positive associations and set them up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

In addition to her expertise with dogs, Syd is a skilled cat groomer, providing complete grooming solutions for all breeds. From brushing and bathing to nail trimming and full haircuts, she ensures every cat looks and feels their best.

Rika Withrow - Pet Stylist

Rika is a passionate dog groomer known for her gentle touch and deep love for all things canine. Specializing in working with puppies and other pets needing extra TLC, she creates a calm, but fun and positive grooming experience, ensuring her furry clients feel safe and cared for every step of the way.

With a flair for creativity, Rika is skilled in crafting adorable teddy bear trims and is currently refining her expertise in Asian fusion styles and round, modern cuts. Her tender hand and artistic vision combine to give every pup a polished, picture-perfect look that highlights their unique charm.

When she’s not grooming, Rika enjoys learning about the latest trends in the pet grooming world, always striving to enhance her skills and bring joy to pets and their owners alike.

Stefano Vizza - Pet Stylist

Stefano has spent his entire working life with dogs, and it shows in the way he connects with every one of them. Compassionate, patient, and genuinely devoted to animal care, he takes pride in helping every dog look and feel their very best.

He has a particular soft spot for large breeds and heavy shedders—think Huskies, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, and other fluffy giants. There’s nothing he enjoys more than transforming a tumbleweed of loose coat into a clean, healthy, beautifully maintained dog. Deshedding appointments are one of his specialties, and he loves seeing the dramatic before-and-after results.

Stefano is also experienced with doodles of all sizes. From managing dense, curly coats to creating stylish, easy-to-maintain trims, he works closely with each family to find a grooming style that suits both the dog’s lifestyle and the owner’s preferences.

Known for his calm energy and gentle handling, Stefano has a wonderful ability to help even anxious or nervous dogs settle into the grooming process. He believes every pet deserves kindness, patience, and individualized care, and his goal is for every dog to leave the salon not only looking fantastic but feeling comfortable, confident, and cared for.

Jade-Marie Bradshaw - Pet Stylist

Jade-Marie is a dedicated professional groomer with five years of experience and a genuine passion for creating a calm, low-stress grooming experience for every pet. She has a special talent for working with anxious, nervous, and sensitive dogs, using patience, gentle handling, and a compassionate one-on-one approach to help build trust and confidence.

She enjoys creating beautiful, breed-inspired trims, with a particular love for terrier styles and lamb clips. Whether you are looking for a polished breed trim or a practical pet style, Jade-Marie takes pride in tailoring every groom to suit each dog’s coat, lifestyle, personality, and comfort.

Jade-Marie also offers cat grooming services and understands that feline grooming requires a unique approach. She takes the time to work at each cat’s pace, using gentle handling and thoughtful techniques to help even nervous cats feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout their visit.
